| How do I
get a License Code for ViewCommander-Mobile? |
| You need to purchase
a ViewCommander-Mobile License by using our online
form, or by contacting IVI. IVI will provide you with a
License
Code to unlock the software. After entering the
License Code, you will need to Activate the
software. This can be done online through
ViewCommander-Mobile. |

| Is this a
subscription service? |
| No. Once you
purchase a license, you can use if for as long as
you like. It will not expire. |
|
| Am I
entitled to free product upgrades? |
| Yes, as long as they
are within the same major version. For example, if
you purchased Version 4.0, you can upgrade to
version 4.1, 4.2, etc... at no charge. |
| What
happens if I perform a hard reset on the device? |
| You
will need to re-install the software. You can use the same
License Code
after a hard reset. You will need to reactivate the
software. |

was reset and I lost everything, including the
License Code. What do I do? |
| Reinstall the
software and contact our support department.
We will issue you the same License Code again at no
charge. |

| Do I need
a separate License for each device? |
| Yes. The
software is licensed per device. |

| What if I
upgrade or change my Pocket PC or Smartphone? |
| If you upgrade your
device, you can install the software on your new
device and use the same License Code. You
will need to reactivate the software. |

Yes, you can connect directly to your IP cameras.
You do not need to
purchase the ViewCommander-NVR software. |
